Returns:

We know how frustrating a damaged item can be and that's why we take extra precaution to ship your items in a protective layer of bubble wrap. All of our items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Order Cancellations:

All sales are final, and the store maintains a strict no-cancellation policy once an order is placed. In rare instances where a refund is issued, a 5% restocking fee applies.

Pre-Order Sales:

All pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled.

Product Release Dates and Publisher Updates:

Please note that release dates for products are subject to change based on publisher schedules, which are beyond our control. We use stock images and descriptions provided by publishers for upcoming releases. Due to possible adjustments made by publishers, product details, including cover art and variant types, may differ from what was initially listed. For example, final cover art may feature trade dress even if early previews did not. Additionally, publishers may change open-order variants to ratio variants, which could affect product availability and listings. We are committed to keeping you informed of any changes as soon as we receive updates from our publishing partners.

Digital Content:

Items with redeemed digital content codes are non-returnable. If a comic includes a redemption key for online content and the code has been used, the item cannot be returned.
